To maintain the integrity and value of our brand, CoinTrekker enforces strict standards for participation in our affiliate program. By joining, you must meet the following criteria and agree to our Terms, Conditions, and Policies.

CoinTrekker will periodically verify compliance with all terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend payouts if any violations of our rules, terms, or guidelines occur.

Eligibility

• Affiliates must operate a business, website, or service in the trading or investing industry, be an established influencer with a proven social media presence, or be a customer of CoinTrekker.
• Affiliates may remain anonymous or use a pseudonym publicly, but they must provide accurate contact information, which will be kept strictly confidential.
• Affiliates in the U.S. must submit a W-9 form for tax purposes before receiving payouts.

Prohibited Marketing Activities

• Affiliates must never engage in spamming, unsolicited messaging, mass direct messaging, or any other form of intrusive marketing.
• Affiliates must never misrepresent the risks, rewards, or expected income from trading.
• Affiliates must always include a risk disclaimer reminding users that trading is a high-risk activity requiring due diligence.
• Affiliates must never use misleading or inaccurate performance claims to promote CoinTrekker.

Transparency and Honesty

• Affiliates who publicly post trade ideas must provide honest and transparent results, whether real, hypothetical, or simulated.
• CoinTrekker may request verification of any claims made by affiliates that seem unrealistic or exaggerated.
• Affiliates must agree to provide requested verification through official brokerage statements or other valid proof.

Compliance and Enforcement

• Affiliates must read, understand, and agree to these Program Rules, as well as CoinTrekker's Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
• CoinTrekker reserves the right to suspend payments to any affiliates who violate these rules.
• CoinTrekker may suspend payments if an end-user complaint requires investigation.
• Repeated violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.
